There are only two more rounds left in the Regular Season in Liga MB. What a coincidence that all visitors won their games. Here is the last round review presented by Job Market.

The most exciting game of round 8 in the Liga MB took place in . This derby game ended with only three-point home defeat of 7th ranked Independiente (2-4) to third ranked San Salvador (5-1) 72-69 on Tuesday evening. San Salvador forced 22 Independiente turnovers. Francisco Angulo contributed with 24 points for the winners. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Ahuachapan moved-up to eighth place, which they share with Santiagueno and Independiente. Worth to mention a great performance of Marc Montavious who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 18 points and 17 rebounds. Sean Scott responded with 23 points and 7 rebounds. Both coaches tested many bench players and allowed the starting five to rest. A.Lobos have a solid three-game winning streak. They moved-up to second place, which they share with San Salvador. Loser Santa Ana dropped to the sixth position with four games lost. They share it with Salvadorenos. Both teams do not play next round, which will be an opportunity for some rest.

We cannot really consider it an upset in the game between close teams in Usultan where 7th ranked Santiagueno (2-4) was defeated by eighth ranked Salvadorenos (3-4) 60-50 on Wednesday.
